Annual General Meeting

‍The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held not later than 30 September each year.

At the AGM, members will:

• review and adopt the annual report and the previous financial year's audited financial statements;
• approve any resolutions tabled by Full Members or the Board;
• where applicable, appoint the auditor for the ensuing financial year;
• where applicable, approve the admission or removal of Full Members; and
• where applicable, consider nominations received and hold the election of Board Members.
